The Bookham Grange Hotel, a listed 19th-century building, had undergone several extensions since its original construction. As part of this project, these additions were carefully removed, restoring the building to its original footprint. The remaining structure was sensitively transformed into six elegant apartments, ranging in size from 1,050 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft. To enhance accessibility, a passenger lift was also incorporated.

Within the grounds of the former hotel, four luxurious detached family homes were constructed, offering three, four, and five bedrooms. These spacious properties range from 1,800 sq ft to 3,500 sq ft.

Additionally, the existing three-bedroom lodge house underwent a full refurbishment, blending modern comfort with its original charm. A new road was installed to provide access to all eleven properties, complemented by dedicated parking areas and carefully designed landscaping.
