Henbury Place is an exclusive development comprising 20 luxury apartments located in the heart of Weybridge. Following the successful completion of Phase 1 which included a working men’s club, four apartments above, and a car park.

 

Our client commissioned us to commence Phase 2 which delivered 12 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom apartments, complete with the installation of a passenger lift. The building was constructed using traditional cavity and party wall methods, with reinforced concrete floors to achieve exceptional acoustic performance between apartments.

While this construction approach requires a slightly longer build time, the unmatched quality it delivers was the project’s primary objective.
