The Pilgrim is one of our standout developments, not just because it is award-winning, but because of the unique challenges and exceptional results achieved. The ten-plot site comprises four newly built three-storey townhouses, two newly built coach houses, and four luxury apartments.

The project began with the careful removal of the floors and roof, followed by the installation of new foundations within the basement. With the original walls preserved, new floors were seamlessly integrated into the existing structure, and a new, enhanced roof was added. Large timber-framed windows replaced the originals, flooding the high-ceilinged apartments with natural light.

The two coach houses were thoughtfully designed to reflect the style of the original timber coach houses. After demolishing the old structures, we constructed new homes finished to an exceptional standard, featuring high vaulted ceilings for a spacious and elegant feel.

At the rear of the site, within the grounds of the former pub garden, we built four terraced townhouses. Like the apartments and coach houses, these homes were finished to a high specification, with subtle distinctions such as bespoke tiling and flooring choices, ensuring each property has its own unique character.
