Monument View, located in the heart of Weybridge, was completed in Spring 2018. This development comprises eleven contemporary apartments, constructed on a site formerly occupied by a public house. Each apartment was finished to a high specification, featuring stylish kitchen designs, modern bathroom layouts, and either a balcony, Juliette balcony, or private patio space.

The project presented several challenges. The building was designed to maximize the use of the land, taking full advantage of its prominent location. As a result, site access and storage space were extremely limited. Additionally, the construction site was positioned at the junction of two busy main roads in central Weybridge, which created parking and delivery restrictions.

Despite these challenges, our dedicated on-site team, along with committed subcontractors and suppliers, ensured the successful delivery of the project to the highest standards of quality.
